Sales Representative - Minneapolis, MN
Location: On-Site + Travel | Full-Time | Experience: No experience needed – we’ll train the right person!
Role Description
Are you passionate about health and wellness? Do you thrive in a dynamic, people-first environment? Good Health Saunas is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Wellness Specialist to join our growing team and help others discover the transformative benefits of infrared sauna therapy.
As a Wellness Specialist, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through their wellness journey—both in-person at our Minneapolis office and across the country at leading home shows. You’ll educate, engage, and inspire potential customers while demonstrating the unique features and benefits of our industry-leading infrared saunas.
What We're Looking For
- Someone who’s motivated, coachable, and hungry to succeed

- Willingness to travel to shows and events as needed
- No previous sales experience required—we provide full training and support
Qualifications
- Confidence using basic technology, including iPads and other digital tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy connecting with people
- Strong organizational abilities with the skill to multitask and meet deadlines
- A self-starter who thrives independently and also contributes as a valuable team member
- High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and the ability to manage stress effectively
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge
- A natural closer with the drive to meet and exceed sales goals
- A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for health, wellness, and helping others
- Ideal for college students or recent graduates passionate about wellness and looking to grow a career in sales and marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Make 25 daily sales calls to inbound leads—no cold calling. These are hot prospects who have already expressed interest and requested more information.
- Guide potential customers through their wellness journey by helping them choose the right infrared sauna for their home, lifestyle, and health goals.
- Build relationships with clients and provide exceptional service from first conversation through post-sale follow-up.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals with full support from our experienced team.
- Use our state-of-the-art CRM system to manage your leads and communication. We’ll fully train you—no prior CRM experience necessary.
- Learn to understand our customer base using in-house consumer research and apply that knowledge to support your sales success.
- Attend and represent Good Health Saunas at home shows and wellness expos across the country—many of which we’ve participated in for over two decades.
- Join regular team video calls and in-person meetings to stay aligned, sharpen your skills, and stay connected.
- Bring positive energy, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow. We’re building something great—and we want you to be part of it.
- Additional duties as needed.

Delivery Driver - Waukesha, WI
Location: Based in Waukesha, WI | Travel Across Midwest & Northeast
Job Type: Full-Time | Pay: $20+/hr (Based on Experience & Clean Driving Record) | Hours: 40–60/week
Role Description
At Good Health Saunas, we’re committed to transforming lives through the power of infrared heat. We’re seeking energetic, dependable, and professional delivery drivers to join our White Glove Service team and help deliver top-of-the-line infrared saunas to customers across the Midwest and Northeastern United States.
This is more than just a delivery job—it’s an opportunity to travel, meet new people, and play a key role in helping others improve their health and well-being.
Qualifications
- Clean and safe driving record
- Valid driver’s license
- Current DOT Medical Card (or willingness to obtain one)
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate to Waukesha, WI prior to starting
Responsibilities
- Drive new, well-maintained company box trucks and vans (CDL not required)
- Deliver and install infrared saunas in homes, commercial spaces, and at events
- Provide exceptional customer service during each delivery and setup
- Maintain cleanliness and care of company vehicles
- Safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Travel across the Midwest and Northeast with downtime between deliveries
- Represent Good Health Saunas with professionalism and enthusiasm
