The product is GREAT and the people and support are even better! We ordered our 3 person sauna after visiting the Mall of America store and getting to sit in one and hear about all of the benefits of infrared saunas. A few weeks later, a nice crew delivered it to our home, brought it down the stairs to our lower level family room and installed it – it went together quickly and fit perfectly! After that, they explained in detail how to work the easy-to-use control panel. We like all of the many heating panels, the windows and the roomy feel inside with 2 of us in it together. We use it 3–5 times per week and LOVE IT! The only regret is that we didn't do it sooner.
