What Are EMFs?

Low electromagnetic field readings matter for overall health and wellness — high EMF exposure has been linked to serious health risks by the World Health Organization. Our infrared saunas emit less than 1 mG of electromagnetic fields.

Executive Summary From Vitatech

Average values recorded across the GOAT, Hybrid, and Signature models are below the EN 55035:2017 standard of 1 A/m (12.57 mG RMS) for 60 Hz magnetic fields, and below the IEEE 95.6:2002 standard of 5,000 V/m. These panels comply with Vitatech's recommendation of 10 mG RMS or less for long-term human exposure.

IAQ Diagnostics & SGS Galson

IAQ Diagnostics is a member of the Indoor Air Quality Association; paired with SGS Galson, the world leader in industrial hygiene analysis, they were the right team to test the air quality of our infrared saunas.

The Results

Air collected from inside two saunas at 135°F showed better air quality than the showroom itself, and better than the outside air sample. Concerning compounds are virtually nonexistent — we set the standard for a virtually toxin-free infrared sauna.

Color Meets Light Therapy

Chromotherapy

Every GHS sauna includes chromotherapy lighting — the use of color and light to support different aspects of wellness during your session.

Chromotherapy Chromotherapy Explained

Red

Brings warmth, energy, and stimulation — good for fatigue, colds, and low energy. Energizes the heart, blood circulation, and the senses.

Yellow

Increases neuromuscular tone, purifies blood, and aids digestion. Strongly stimulates happiness and a sense of security.

Green

A cooling, sedating color that helps reduce swelling of joints and tissue, and calms the nervous system — the color of the relaxed heart.

Turquoise

Increases intuition and sensitivity, mentally relaxes, and can help regulate imbalances in the lung and large intestine systems.

Blue

A cool, calming color that stimulates the parasympathetic system, reduces blood pressure, and helps treat sleep disorders and headaches.

Violet

Promotes awareness and consciousness, supports proper lymphatic function, and is helpful for neutralizing emotional wounds.

Full-Spectrum. Ultra-Low EMF

Infrared vs. Traditional Saunas

GHS infrared saunas come equipped with low-EMF heating elements on all sides, providing more even heat distribution and better health benefits.

Infrared vs Traditional Saunas Infrared vs Traditional Saunas

GHS Infrared

Low-EMF heating elements on all sides for even heat distribution. Third-party tested every year. Runs on a standard household outlet.

Traditional Sauna

One heat source (a "stove") heats the entire sauna, is not EMF tested, and can exceed 200°F. Requires a 220V outlet, is expensive to install, and harder to maintain.
