How to Add “Sauna” to workouts on an
Apple Watch
Step 1: On Apple Watch, open the Workout app
Step 2: Scroll all the way down to the bottom to “Add Workout”
Step 3: Choose “Other” from the list
Now when you enter the sauna with Apple Watch, go to Workouts > Sauna, this will record your heart rate while in the sauna
Remember to stop the sauna workout after you leave the sauna
