Heather has been with Good Health Saunas for 7 years and has owned an infrared sauna for over 12 years. She has a degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas, is a licensed massage therapist, and has worked as a personal trainer for 8 years. She specializes in essential oils and aromatherapy and holistic wellness. When she isn’t working to find her clients the best sauna that fits their needs, she enjoys traveling, dancing, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
