My wife and I purchased a two person GHS Hybrid Series sauna in August of 2024. I did a fair amount of research about the benefits of saunas and the various brands available. I was more interested in high quality rather than a lower price. Yet at the same time, I looked for a model that provided the best value for the money. And personally, as a Wisconsin resident, another positive factor that made my decision to purchase a GHS sauna easier was the fact that GHS is a Wisconsin business.Although I would have been ok with assembling a home sauna on my own, we found it very convenient that GHS included delivery and setup with the purchase. The two gentlemen that provided delivery and setup were knowledgeable, courteous, and provided helpful instruction for operating the unit. And setup happened well within two weeks of purchase.As the weather begins to turn a little cooler, I have begun using the sauna more regularly. I find that it heats up quickly, and after becoming accustomed to the controls, I find it easy to operate. At this point it's too early to note any long-term benefits of sauna use, but I anticipate experiencing the benefits I've read about in the years to come.
I bought 3 person sauna from Good Health Saunas at the state fair. The customer service has been excellent. I had so many questions when I was at the fair and Eric patiently answered all of them. He also provided answers to my questions when I was not at the fair. I went back to the fair after given plenty of time and information and purchased the sauna. I also went to the store at the Mall of America and the salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I use my sauna every day and I am so happy I made the purchase! It has exceeded my expectations.
We are absolutely loving our Sauna. We use it 3-4 times a week and I've already seen health benefits. My heart rate was at 120 on the first use and rarely gets over 80 after just a couple of months. I'm sleeping better and just overall feeling better. Good Health Saunas were great to deal with and we got a great deal. They delivered and installed. Only complaint was that they didn't take the packing boxes. Would also love an option to remotely turn it on so it's ready when I get home. 😉
We bought our two-seat sauna from Jeff Anderson while vising the Wisconsin State Fair. Everything Jeff said about the sauna proved true. Their delivery team and set-up was fantastic! The sauna works great and both my wife and I enjoy using it! We're still experimenting with the various light choices but love how we feel when we get out and enjoy the quiet time while we are in the sauna. The bluetooth system works great! I use it to listen to podcasts and music. Highly recommend this product and Jeff Anderson!
Ordered the GSE-2 hybrid in late Feb and was delivered and set up in May. Great sauna with lifetime warranty on heaters and electrical parts. It helps me with sore muscles, arthritis pain, circulation and relaxation. After using it for 45mins I am energized for the day. It warms up fast and use it in the 130-145 range but can go up to 165 degrees. Nick and Lori were great and answered all questions. Lori sold me the two person sauna last year and I love my sauna! It works great and I liked the fact that it had low EMF. Since our install, which was very fast, we have not had any issues with the sauna. I know I can count on their customer service to answer any questions I have. I believe it has kept me healthy last year with no respiratory illnesses since I have been using it. As soon as I get the hint of a sore throat, I pop in the sauna and use the red light, and I feel much better and the next day I feel fine! I would recommend this sauna to any of my friends and family!
This company was a pleasure to work with. The Sales Rep (Jeff) made it very easy to physically look at and try the unit out prior to purchasing it.He provided all the necessary details and was extremely knowledgable.The unit was installed proficiently by their team.The Hybrid Unit does not disappoint! The unit heats up quickly and the 7 different lights are a great feature. Listening to Spa music through the blue tooth in blue light is a treat! The lumbar support makes it easy to be comfortable while enjoying the benefits of the sauna. We have not encountered any issues and absolutely love the unit.
