Horrible, manipulative company that does not stand by its product. I have owned an MPulse for over a year and it haas NEVER worked correctly. I have followed up with customer service no less that 20 times. They have sent me multiple parts (that I have to install) and no success. After months I finally got them to agree to send a "service tech" to the house. What a joke. the guy knew almost nothing about the unit and had to be on with SUnlighens tech for an hour... and the guy left with our functioning unit not functioning at all..... after nearly 6 more weeks the second tech, far less knowledgable then the first" fixed the unit (near infrareds) and that SAME DAY they did not work AGAIN!!! Since them 5 follow up emails with ZERO response (5 weeks so far).

This company has horrible customer service and does not stand by their products. Their “techs” call on the phone (after customers leave multiple messages) and try to diagnose issues and walk the customer through how they think you can fix the issue they think you have. We have been trying to fix the same issue for almost three months now. Have talked to several different techs who make different guesses as to what the problem is. Still no solutions. Terrible way to serve customers who spend $6-10 K on each product! That’s a really expensive paper weight.

I would definitely recommend another brand. I bought the three person sauna 6 months ago and it has been broken and unusable more than half of the time. They are quick to mail parts out that are broken which is great but you have to install them yourself. Not a huge deal for me as I can do it but I have spent hours and hours replacing parts in a ten thousand dollar sauna. The parts are cheaply made and none of the programmed features on the sauna get very hot. The only way it will heat up decently when it does work is just do a custom program and turn it as high as it goes and pre heat at least an hour. I have replaced half of the heating pads, half of the lights, the mother board and now waiting on the tablet again. I would much rather return it at this point. Date of experience: March 16, 2025

BUYER BEWARE. I had researched saunas extensively before landing on the Clearlight Infrared Sauna. Part of the reason I decided on this sauna was also the app to start it remotely, as it takes 45 minutes or so to warm up, so I use the app to get it started while I am out on the mountain or in meetings so it's ready when I can use it. This was a value add for me, so if it is for you too, keep reading....For the amount of money you pay for these saunas their customer service is HORRIFIC. Absolutely horrific. My app to control the sauna worked great from Dec 2020 until Dec 2021 at which time it just stopped working. I repeated the setup instructions I had received, and then I researched all over the internet and forums to get it working again, following all the instructions I found.I don't normally write these types of reviews but have been so disappointed with my interactions with them that I feel the need to. Save yourself the time and effort and go with someone else. There are tons of infrared sauna options on the market and this company just doesn't deserve your business if you are looking for good customer service after investing a fortune in their product.

I have not used this sauna but a handful of times since I bought it in late November 2024. It is not working properly and shuts off after a few minutes. I am calling weekly to speak to a tech and they are hard to get a hold of and they say they will return a call within a 48-72 hours which never happens. I am so disappointed with this slow repair process - which takes at least 3-4 weeks to get a tech out to make repairs. As of today I am still dealing with issues and the sauna does not work!

Get ready to wait, and wait, and wait, and then wait even longer. I ordered a clearlight infrared sauna in June - I just received the most recent email saying it will arrive into their warehouse in early April. Horrible experience to date - feels more like a bait and switch. Had I known it would take this long, I would have ordered from a different manufacturer.

This sauna performed better that I expected. I purchased the Enrich for 3,and it is roomy enough. The sauna arrived before the promised time. It heat up quickly, I had the eat up to 160 ! I have a small wellness place and the sauna is loved by all that try it! Been using it daily and the benefits are amazing. When contacting costumer service ,they are amazing!

I purchased a HealthMate sauna within two years. I started having trouble with the control panel. I tried unsuccessfully to call the company for help, but was continually put on hold. I have recently found another supplier for parts and would not recommend going back to HealthMate to anyone.
