This is the BEST sauna EVER! Easy to use & maintain, heats up quickly, energy efficient, & 3rd party tested. We researched A LOT of different saunas before purchasing our Good Health Sauna and we are beyond impressed with the service & quality of our sauna. My husband & I use it together & we get the best sweat of our lives with the infrared hybridheat+. We also love this size for our basement as it fits two people comfortably & it doesn’t take up a large space. It’s also aesthetically beautiful with different light options & gorgeous wood tones inside & outside the unit. We cannot recommend Good Health Saunas enough! Thank you!

Sunlighten does a great job selling the product, explaining the benefits, and extending credibility by giving an extensive list of professional athletes that trust it. Having now spent $10,000+ on the mPulse 3-person sauna, I can assure you that the customer experience and product quality is terrible. Here are the facts after just under 2 years of ownership: - have had to replace 2 heater panels - have had to replace 1 tablet - have had to replace 1 fan - have had to replace 1 light - have had over 15+ calls to customer service for software issues and system issues The customer support policy is for customers to pay shipping for all replacement parts. There are no customer service experts that come to the home and fix the product for you. The company is incredibly difficult to deal with and I would not recommend this product. 07/30/2025

Worst sauna period. Will never heat up past 120. Takes over 2 hours d despite living in Southern California, where the temperatures never really drop below 50. Even in the summertime, the thing is basically useless. We have had to resort to buying a cheap mini heater to warm a thing up since it takes so long and doesn’t retain any heat even when it’s warm. Technologies dated you get a stereo from 1991 which doesn’t work. Customer Service is useless. None of the doors are seals retain any of the heat don’t believe the hype or gimmicks 01/02/2026

I don't leave bad reviews. The only bad review I've ever left is for this company. I am leaving this because I don't want other people to waste their money on a sauna. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I have had this sauna for 2 years and it has broken 5-6 times. I have been sent repair part after repair part and spent more time than I can possibly tell you on the phone with technicians trying to repair this sauna - so much time they should be paying me as a repairman. I am a cancer survivor and bought this to use as a part of my recovery. Make sure and read reviews of people who have had their saunas for longer than a couple of months. They break down again and again. You will spend more time trying to repair it than being able to use it. 02/02/2026

DO NOT BUY! I've had the worst experience with Sunlighten. When purchasing my $16k sauna the sales people harassed me. Called me daily and responded to me immediately. When my sauna stopped working after 6 months it was impossible to get a hold of someone. I would sit on hold and talk to a different rep daily. Try to get their contact info so the next time I called in I didn't have to do that. But of course, they have "no direct lines." After shipping us several parts and having a tech come out twice to try and fix it it doesn't work. Now they are trying to tell me I have to take it apart so they can pick it up (when I already paid $600 to have something built that doesn't work). After taking a deeper dive on chatgbt, it sounds like this is a very common experience for a lot of their customers. Stay away! 01/22/2026

Had so many issues with the wifi/app connection. I had to tell them they were false advertising (which they are this app is a joke) for them to send me a new one. I have owned the Sauna since January and the app still doesnt connect, is delayed and doesnt work. They wouldnt offer any type of compensation for the hours I have spent trying to get the app/wifi to connect. Really in this day and age is it that hard to get an app to Bluetooth/connect to a product? Definitely NOT state of the art. Do not buy the sauna if you are looking forward to an app that you can control it with, it DOES NOT WORK. Date: 04/12/2025

I purchased a sanctuary 5 with the Halo system. First time using the Halo, caused the saune to shut off with a code which I learned was the smoke detector. After a few calls to customer service, I was informed that the solution was to disassemble the sauna that I just put together and unplug the smoke detector. What a pain in the ass and a complete oversight from the company. Seems like the Halo was a poorly engineered/thought-out add on. By the way, the roof for the outdoor model is heavy and bulky to remove which was required to unplug the smoke detector. Extremely disappointed and it seems the company does not care about the customer. Date of experience: December 3, 2025

Our experience with Clearlight Infrared Saunas has been nothing short of infuriating. The unit arrived with multiple defects that should have been caught by quality control, resulting in three separate service calls just to make it functional. During the second visit, the technician admitted to shorting out a control board, which required a third visit. Admittedly, none of the technicians Clearlight sent had ever worked on one of these units before; they were unfamiliar with the product and learning on the job at the homeowner's expense (we were required by Clearlight Infrared Saunas to have one of our own supervisors present from their 'projected arrival time, till they finished). Because of Clearlight's failures, the homeowners were forced to pay nearly $5,000 in additional labor costs, pushing the true cost of the sauna to nearly $15,000 instead of the $10,000 it should have been. That figure doesn't even include my own lost time spent in endless correspondence via phone and email trying to secure reimbursement -- which Clearlight has still refused to provide. On top of that, Clearlight misinformed us during the custom build process when we consulted them about properly enclosing the unit. Their poor guidance created issues with our building inspector. I ultimately had to provide a specific letter to cover all the inspector's concerns, forward the draft to Clearlight Infrared Sauna's own engineer, and have them put the draft on their own letterhead in order to get the project signed off. This entire ordeal -- marked by defective equipment, poor quality control, untrained technicians, misinformation, added costs, and zero accountability -- proves Clearlight does not stand behind its products. We strongly urge others to avoid this company.

Buy a different Brand. This has had so many issues. The reasons I bought it has more issues than not. Go with the two other larger brands out there. App never works. Had to install new system to get it even to work initially. For 7000+ I would expect things to work 95% of the time at the very least. Bluetooth is terrible. Internet never stayed hooked up. Really my worst buy ever in my life at this high of a price. 01/02/2026

So far so good but a few issues: 1) Top was warped a bit on delivery causing it not to seal tightly - Health Mate customer service was prompt in addressing but we need to put some wood screws in the top which we are not looking forward to as replacement tops are apparently not readily available. Our understanding is that this is a known issue with these saunas. 2) It takes a bit longer to warm up than we had hoped - maximum temperature is about 150 degrees not the 170 advertised and it takes it about an hour or a bit more to get there. Outside of the above, we have used it about 5 times since receiving it last week and it is performing as we had expected so far. 11/19/2024

I cannot stress this enough....do not purchase this company's sauna. There is zero support when (not IF...when) something goes wrong. There is no one to help. They will force you through all kinds of hoops to get something fixed and in the end, there is NO service network. Please hear me, we are not expecting anything for free. We would LOVE to pay someone knowledgable to come out and fix this fairly simple but ridiculously expensive piece of equipment...but service technicians do not exist. I am a functional medicine clinician/family practice provider and regularly recommend sauna to my patients. But I cannot, in good conscience recommend this company. Ultimately, after my experience with them I have to conclude that they are simply a company that exists to make money on the front end (and will pester you endlessly once you express interest in their products) and then wash their hands of you when you need help. 09/2025

Purchased a one person sauna from them for a little over 5 grand. It was easy to put together and heats up real well. My major complaint is with the sound system. Why would you put a discontinued Kenwood audio receiver in a brand new 5000 dollar sauna?? This thing has a cd player and no bluetooth. It has an AUX input. How many phones nowadays do you know of that have an aux input??? I can't think of one. The audio system is basically useless unless you want to listen to local radio or CD. I haven't had an audio CD in at least 15 years.

I recently purchased a sauna from Radiant Health Sauna in Vancouver, British Columbia, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From my first interaction with the team, it was clear that customer service and attention to detail are priorities for this company.
