We had a great experience purchasing from Erik at Good Health. Had done our research and visited the Home Show at State Fair Park. Erik was responsive and easy to work with. Sauna was delivered and assembled the next day. When I’ve had a question, they’ve been easy to contact. Love using it 3-5 days per week and have recommended to friends who are interested in purchasing a sauna for their home.

GHS provided a phenomenal job offering an excellent product with great features, non-pushy sales help, clear customer service for delivery and installation was done safely, correctly and clean. They did everything right and being backed 100% (except the speakers after one year) and being accredited by multiple 3rd parties, made this a win/win for GHS and for us. We were used to regular saunas and this Infared sauna was new to us. My main concern the sauna not achieving a high enough temperature, but it does get to 165 degrees, and I have been most satisfied with the heat and results. Many thanks GHS!

I have owned mine for about 4 years. Love it. But I loved their customer service. After the first year we had a small issue one of the boards. Their team came out, fixed it, took care to not dirty my house. Fantastic. 😄

Poorly constructed. I would avoid this company. I can't begin to share how disappointing these products are. Sadly, when I shared some of these concerns (specific to the Solo) they were incredibly unhelpful. The connection points are rather inconsistent and rarely align. Given the steep price point, I would say they are more of a marketing company and less of a product company. 4/3/2025

I never leave bad reviews. I don’t like doing it, but this is different. I want to warn other buyers. Hopefully prospective buyers do more research than I did. Had I have done a little bit of digging I would t have bought a Sunlighten sauna. The market their product as premium, but it’s far from it. They do not support the units they manufacture. I have an older MPulse. It is a 2016. My power box went out. This is a common issue you will find with a little research. I contacted Sunlighten and they told me that they Jo longer have that power box, but they’d give me a 10% customer loyalty discount on a brand new sauna. I wasn’t interested in that. I asked for the part number to see if I could source the power box through a 3rd party. They would not give me a part number and they closed my ticket. I emailed and emailed and the only response I received was “your ticket is closed.” I started calling. You will wait on hold for awhile so be prepared. After several calls they miraculously found 21 power boxes. It would only cost me $700. I’m so far in at this point, so I ordered the part. It arrived and it was clearly used. It had sticky adhesive all over it and it was scratched all over. I can deal with that. I looked closely and it wasn’t even the right part. They sent me a power box for a 120v system. Our broken sauna is 240v. I am now going to have to return this and I have no doubts that will be a battle. Mikayla in customer service is great. I hate it for her that management puts her in a terrible position without the tools to succeed. There are other options out there with better support. I’m stuck with basically really expensive firewood. Do your research before purchasing.

Make sure your issues happen within warranty time My 4.5 year old sauna has begun to shut down mid session. The tablet will just restart. I had an open complaint which was addressed by saying I need to replace the tablet and the power box at the cost of $1,500 since my warranty ended Feb 2024. That is approximately 1/3 the total price I paid for the entire unit. Not to mention the entire re installation would have to be done by myself. Date of experience: May 06, 2025

Very disappointed with the sauna and customer service. The marketing literature says "heats up approx one degree a minute." Well, now that we have been using it, it heats up maybe 45 degrees in an hour and then slows down significantly. It takes 90 minutes to reach 135 degrees and NOW they tell me that it never ACTUALLY reaches the max of 150 degrees. So, now they say "well, it ACTUALLY takes 1 to 2 minutes to heat up one degree and 3 to 5 minutes to heat up one degree after 120 degrees" - so now they are trying to say that it heats up basically 30 degrees in one hour - and that's normal. When I pointed out that their advertising does not say this, they stop responding. So, be warned. Do not believe the marketing - MY sauna heats up very slowly and we have to override the timer so that we can get into a hot sauna without running upstairs all the time to extend the timer (which only goes up to 60 degrees). That will also affect our electric bill because now we are running the sauna longer than we thought. So, buy another brand that stands by its marketing and promises. Update 8.23.24 NOW, I see Sunlighten has responded with "we'll change our marketing" not "We owe you for lying to you when we sold you your sauna under false statements." Hopefully, that's true - look for it in their literature.

Had so many issues with the wifi/app connection. I had to tell them they were false advertising (which they are this app is a joke) for them to send me a new one. I have owned the Sauna since January and the app still doesnt connect, is delayed and doesnt work. They wouldnt offer any type of compensation for the hours I have spent trying to get the app/wifi to connect. Really in this day and age is it that hard to get an app to Bluetooth/connect to a product? Definitely NOT state of the art. Do not buy the sauna if you are looking forward to an app that you can control it with, it DOES NOT WORK. Date: 04/12/2025

Customer service isn't great, I've emailed and left voicemails regarding an extension cord but no response. Also, the sauna isn't properly sealed from within, cold air comes in through the gap between the door and the side. Date of experience: April 01, 2025

Get ready to wait, and wait, and wait, and then wait even longer. I ordered a clearlight infrared sauna in June - I just received the most recent email saying it will arrive into their warehouse in early April. Horrible experience to date - feels more like a bait and switch. Had I known it would take this long, I would have ordered from a different manufacturer.

Very difficult to get in contact with an actual live agent on the phone. The assistance that was eventually provided was a self help trouble shoot guide that I could have researched myself. We spent thousands of dollars on a sauna and the Bluetooth has never worked since purchase.

This sauna performed better that I expected. I purchased the Enrich for 3,and it is roomy enough. The sauna arrived before the promised time. It heat up quickly, I had the eat up to 160 ! I have a small wellness place and the sauna is loved by all that try it! Been using it daily and the benefits are amazing. When contacting costumer service ,they are amazing!

I purchased a HealthMate sauna within two years. I started having trouble with the control panel. I tried unsuccessfully to call the company for help, but was continually put on hold. I have recently found another supplier for parts and would not recommend going back to HealthMate to anyone.

Purchased a one person sauna from them for a little over 5 grand. It was easy to put together and heats up real well. My major complaint is with the sound system. Why would you put a discontinued Kenwood audio receiver in a brand new 5000 dollar sauna?? This thing has a cd player and no bluetooth. It has an AUX input. How many phones nowadays do you know of that have an aux input??? I can't think of one. The audio system is basically useless unless you want to listen to local radio or CD. I haven't had an audio CD in at least 15 years.
