We love our GHS Sauna! We have been looking at them for the last 18 months and finally decided to pull the trigger. I met Tarah 18 months ago at the Wisconsin State Fair and she kept in touch with us. When we ran into her at the NARI expo we decided to purchase. Within 2 weeks our sauna was delivered and set up. After shopping around looking at a bunch of different sauna companies we stopped into the Good Health Sauna store inside the mall of America about a year ago and really feel in love with the quality of their saunas.
Well about a year later when i was looking to get one for my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary Tara reached out to me so glad she did she was great to work with and after a few days i went ahead and purchased their 3 person hybrid model. So glad we went with the good health sauna the price was right.
We got the 3 person it's the perfect size for my family. Love how fast it heats up and how refreshed my muscle feel after a workout.Im glad I didn't waste my money on a tent sauna yeah they are cheaper but this sauna from Good Health is built to last and they made the process of buying one super easy. The set up was very easy my wife and I had it put together in under 2 hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking at buying a sauna you wont be disappointed.

I was researching saunas and after meeting w Nick in Waukesha and learning the differences between cheaper-made saunas and GHS, I bought a Hybrid 3-person from GHS. The install was outstanding and cust service (question abut Bluetooth connectivity) has been quick/helpful. Thx GHS!

My wife and I were in the market for a hybrid sauna and initially had our sights set on Sunlighten. However, after doing more in-depth research and reading numerous negative reviews on the BBB, we decided to keep looking. That’s when I came across Good Health Saunas.
From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. Erik, the sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. We spoke multiple times via text and phone, and he took the time to answer every single question thoroughly. What truly set him apart was the extra effort he made. He sent me a personalized video of himself testing the EMF output of their saunas, which turned out to be extremely low.
That level of transparency and customer care gave us confidence in the product.
We ultimately purchased the Good Health Saunas 3-Person Hybrid Series, and we absolutely love it. The quality is excellent, it heats beautifully, and it has enough room (and then some) for my wife and I to sit in it together. The Bluetooth speakers are decent, definitely better than using your phone speaker. The essential oil tray is great, we add eucalyptus oil, and it really takes the relaxation to the next level.
We took advantage of the no-interest financing option, which made this investment even more manageable. From customer service to the final product which was delivered and installed in my basement, this was a top-notch experience.
We would highly recommend Good Health Saunas to anyone considering investing in a high-quality, low-EMF sauna, you won’t be disappointed.

This is the BEST sauna EVER! Easy to use & maintain, heats up quickly, energy efficient, & 3rd party tested. We researched A LOT of different saunas before purchasing our Good Health Sauna and we are beyond impressed with the service & quality of our sauna. My husband & I use it together & we get the best sweat of our lives with the infrared hybridheat+. We also love this size for our basement as it fits two people comfortably & it doesn’t take up a large space. It’s also aesthetically beautiful with different light options & gorgeous wood tones inside & outside the unit. We cannot recommend Good Health Saunas enough! Thank you!

I live in Michigan and I bought a Sauna from Good Health Sauna. My salesman Jeff filled me in on all the health benefits of an infrared sauna. I placed the order and before I knew it the truck was at my home and the crew started install. In no time the sauna was plugged in and ready. Maybe 2 hours start to finish… no stress no mess. I have since relocated and moved. With all the informative brochures and instructions myself and a friend moved it. So so easy to un-snap panels with step by step pictures in the manual you get with purchase. I now have moved the sauna into new home in my basement. Gonna snap a picture. These saunas are so relaxing… if you are in the market give Jeff a call he has “gitt err Dunn “ work ethic massive knowledge of all the sauna line up. Enjoy!

We were considering purchasing a Sauna, so we attended the State Fair Spa/Sauna Show and visited the Good Health Saunas display. We were greeted by Jordan who was great at explaining the health benefits of Infrared Sauna use, the different model options, and what separates GHS from other brands in terms of quality, features, etc. We were especially interested learning about the 3rd party testing, the positive reviews of GHS, and the lifetime warranty on their Saunas. We were sold! We purchased the 3 person Hybrid Model. We got a great deal on the floor model, and it was even delivered and installed the next day! Jordan, Nick, and the delivery crew at GHS were great to work with. Our sauna has been a fantastic addition to our workout room. The quality and function have been great, and we have been using it every day. Our entire family loves our new Good Health Sauna!

We had been discussing getting a Sauna for some time and as luck or coincidence would have it we decided to take a wonderful sunny day to visit The Big E (Eastern States Exposition). Walking into the Better Living Center we immediately noticed the Good Health Saunas display. We both looked at each other and knew we had to have a look. The display space was busy and we looked around at the various models on display. Tarah approached us asking if we had any questions, we certainly did! Tarah patiently walked us through a couple of the models that were on display. Weighed out the various features that appealed to us and our plans on where we would install. The discounted Big E pricing and the proposed delivery timeline seemed perfect.
Tarah again walked us through the pay a deposit now balance on delivery. We had concerns about the height and would it fix where we plan. No pressure with a deposit and once we got home we could measure and if it would not fit we could cancel.
We quickly measured when we got home and reached back the following day to indicate that the ceiling height would fit. We were told that we would be contacted in 6 weeks for delivery and installation. Well we were pleasantly surprised when three days later we got a call to take delivery if ready with in the week.
Absolutely, we took delivery 1 week after putting a deposit down. Delivery driver and installation team called morning of the delivery and forecasted their arrival time, some traffic issues delayed them and they promptly called to update us of their delay.
They arrived and were courteous and polite, reviewed where the sauna would be installed. They promptly starting offloading the three large boxes that contained all of the sauna components.
They worked methodically and efficiently as a team and pointed out features and how it was assembled. ( we have plans to move it to a final location once those plans are complete).
We did not check the clock, but all told probably took about 90 minutes to unload, assemble and demonstrate the features and operations of the sauna.
We have since been using this wonderful Good Health Sauna for about a month now and about 3 or 4 times a week. The benefits have been great, relaxing, quiet time to relax and unwind, a chance to catch up with each other and disconnect from the rest of the world for an hour or so per session. My Annual Physical is coming up soon and will see what the Dr. says about my improvements. Personally feel better, relaxed, perhaps a couple of pounds loss, better sleep for certain.
Highly recommend Good Health Saunas products and certainly their staff, from sales, customer service, installation teams.

We got our sauna from GHS at the Novi Michigan Home Show about a year ago and we could not be happier. The GHS folks were great, it was a very pleasant buying experience. We got the 3 person Hybrid Series and we tell everybody we know how awesome it is, which is not something my wife and I typically do. And for me, the biggest thing isn't the health benefits of the penetrating heat and the sweating, it's how it makes me feel. It's like being high. I feel sooooo good afterwards. It really is amazing. We fortunately had a room where it fit perfectly. But we would have put it in the garage if we had to. If you don't have one, I'm telling you, you're missing out.

My wife and I purchased a two person GHS Hybrid Series sauna in August of 2024. I did a fair amount of research about the benefits of saunas and the various brands available. I was more interested in high quality rather than a lower price. Yet at the same time, I looked for a model that provided the best value for the money. And personally, as a Wisconsin resident, another positive factor that made my decision to purchase a GHS sauna easier was the fact that GHS is a Wisconsin business.
Although I would have been ok with assembling a home sauna on my own, we found it very convenient that GHS included delivery and setup with the purchase. The two gentlemen that provided delivery and setup were knowledgeable, courteous, and provided helpful instruction for operating the unit. And setup happened well within two weeks of purchase.
As the weather begins to turn a little cooler, I have begun using the sauna more regularly. I find that it heats up quickly, and after becoming accustomed to the controls, I find it easy to operate. At this point it's too early to note any long-term benefits of sauna use, but I anticipate experiencing the benefits I've read about in the years to come.

I bought 3 person sauna from Good Health Saunas at the state fair. The customer service has been excellent. I had so many questions when I was at the fair and Eric patiently answered all of them. He also provided answers to my questions when I was not at the fair. I went back to the fair after given plenty of time and information and purchased the sauna. I also went to the store at the Mall of America and the salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I use my sauna every day and I am so happy I made the purchase! It has exceeded my expectations.
