What will help determine the size of infrared sauna you need?
There are numerous ways to determine the size of sauna that you require. The first is determining how many people are in your immediate household. Next determine how often you would like to host friends and family from outside the household. With these two factors considered it will be much easier to find the right size for you.
I have a family of four or more
If you have a family of four or more the size of the sauna required would need to fit four people comfortably. The GSE-4 infrared sauna from Good Health Saunas measures 69”L x 53”W x 75”H. (Approximately 5.75 ft. by 4.5 ft. And that’s over 6 ft. tall!)
At over six feet tall, the GSE-4 will allow most of your family and guests to get in and out comfortably without having to duck. The GSE-4 fits up to four adults. If two of your guests are children, the user would have even more space. With recessed interior lighting, there will be no low hanging lights getting in the way.
I have a small family
If your family is small, perhaps one or no children then perhaps a three-person sauna will suit your needs best. The 3-person infrared sauna (GSE-3) and 3-person infrared sauna corner model (GSE-3C) from Good Health Saunas will fit up to three adults comfortably. They measure 59”L x 59”W x 75”H for the corner model and 60”L x 49”W x 75”H for the standard. (Approximately 5 ft by 5 ft. And these are both over 6 ft tall!)
As with each infrared model from GoodHealth Saunas, you and your guests will not have to duck to enter. The spacious interior and recessed lighting leave much more space than traditional saunas. The three seater models are great for a smaller family and for those who do not plan on entertaining numerous friends.
I live alone
If you live alone and do not plan on entertaining guests the best sauna for you would be the 1-person infrared sauna (GSE 1) or 2-person infrared sauna (GSE-2) from GoodHealth Saunas. The GSE-1 is made for one adult. The economical price is made for an adult that wants to have a personal sauna in their bathroom with no intention of entertaining. The GSE-2 is perfect for one or two adults. The size allows for two adults to relax comfortably together.
The GSE-2 measures 48”L x 48”W x 75”H. (Approximately 4 ft by 4 ft and is still over 6 ft tall.) The GSE-1 measures a cozy 36”L x 36”W x 75”H. (Approximately 3 ft by 3 ft and is also over 6 ft tall.) These measurements leave enough room to stretch out and relax for the users. While these saunas are not often used for entertaining, a simple twenty minute session means that a user can relax and take turns with another person.
